As part of the BKS Indo-Bahrain Dance and Music festival organised by The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS), I performed on the 4th day on 6 May 2024 at the BKS Diamond Jubilee Hall accompanied by the great musician Mr. Sami Al Malood.
It was such a wonderful night where we were well received and welcomed. The audience were just amazing with there unforgettable interaction. I performed mainly well known Bahraini songs in addition to some of my originals and instrumentals. A cover song I performed for the first time is the famous song “Bol Radha” from the movie sangam composed by Shankar-Jaikishan but with my own lyrics that I had written in local Arabic accent.
Thank you very much BKS for inviting me to be among beautiful artist who came from India and for all the preparation and great work you have done in sound system, lighting, stage projectors and backgrounds and every thing. Looking forward for more co-operation and cultural exchange.
كجزء من مهرجان الرقص والموسيقى الهندية والبحرينية الذي ينظمه نادي الكيراليين في البحرين، قمت بإحياء الليلة الرابعة بتاريخ ٦ مايو على خشبة مسرح النادي بمصاحبة الفنان القدير سامي المالود.
كانت ليلة رائعة استمتعنا فيها بكرم الضيافة وحسن الاستقبال. الجمهور لا يمكن نسيان تفاعله مع ما قدمناه. قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من الأغاني البحرينية المعروفة مع بعض أعمالي الخاصة. لأول مرة قمت بتقديم الأغنية الهندي الشهيرة “بول رادها” من الفيلم الهندي “سانغام” ومن ألحان شنكر-جايكريشنان ولكن بكلمات كتبتها باللهجة البحرينية المحلية.
شكراً جزيلاً نادي الكيراليين في البحرين على دعوتي لأكون ضمن نخبة من الفنانين الرائعين الذين قدموا من الهند وشكراً على كل الجهود المبذولة في إنجاح المهرجان من التوصيلات الصوتية والإضاءة والخلفيات على المسرح وكل شيء. على أمل التعاون على تقديم أعمال فيها تبادل ثقافي بشكل أكبر في المستقبل إن شاء الله.
